Learning about improving learning through the International Primary Curriculum in Nairobi

Taking on a new curriculum needs careful planning and support to ensure all stakeholders are empowered through the process and can be helped through the changes that take place. Working in classes and using what was happening in the classes to construct professional development around that was key to the success of the three days professional development we held at Oshwal Academy. Open minded teachers, really participating in their own learning helped the three days to be successful and also sustainable so that teachers have goals to work from.
